Why can I no longer order online?
To make things easier for you we have removed online ordering, this has been introduced to help assist you with any measurements or requirements you may need. Alternatively, you can book a free no-obligation consultation where one of our team will come out to you and take measurements for your establishment.
Can I still order sample fabrics?
You can order as many samples as you require – Seen a product you like? Add it to your wishlist and complete the request free fabric samples form. Your sample will usually arrive within 4 working days, but we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. Please note all samples are non-returnable unless stated otherwise.
What curtain heading type should I choose?

How do I know which curtain measurements I need to give?
Can I have my curtains installed?
We are happy to install your curtains should you require this. We have a UK nationwide installation team. Please contact us on 0800 619 6190 for more information to arrange this as all installation projects will require a bespoke quotation.
How quickly will my soft furnishings be made?
Our soft furnishings lead time is generally 2-3 weeks, but if you have specific requirements please feel free to contact us.
What areas do your deliveries cover?
We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom. Contact us for lead times in your area.
